Architectural design, construction supervision and procurement consultancy were carried out by DUMO. Functionally, the building consists of five main sections: office building, production facilities, goods reception and loading area, packaging warehouse and technical spaces. Locally sourced marble lends a unique aesthetic to the office building's façade. The building's advantageous location allowed for extensive use of glass in the façade, maximising natural light.
